You’re coaching a class. A new member is calling right now.
LinearZeta builds and runs a conversational AI receptionist for fitness and wellness studios. It answers your calls, books classes, captures intro-offer and challenge leads the moment they call, and routes beginners to the right first visit — while you stay on the floor.
Your best leads call while you’re mid-class.
- ■ Calls during class hours go to voicemail — and a first-timer who hits voicemail rarely calls back.
- ■ Intro-offer and challenge callers are your highest-intent leads, and they cool off within hours.
- ■ The front desk juggles check-ins, retail, and the phone at once.
- ■ Membership and billing questions pull coaches off the floor for things only staff should decide.
What the agent handles.
One voice agent on your number, answering on the first ring — 24/7, in a natural voice.
Books classes and first visits
Offers real openings and books class spots and intro sessions in a natural conversation — including the 9pm “I want to start Monday” calls. Callers can find, reschedule, or cancel an existing appointment by phone — no booking number needed — and a member who’s booked through the agent before is offered their usual session with their usual coach.
Captures intro-offer and challenge leads
When someone calls about your intro offer or a challenge, the agent captures their name and number — emailed to you instantly, texted too once you opt in — so you follow up while they’re still motivated.
Routes beginners to the right start
First-timer questions — what to bring, which class to start with, where to park — answered from your own information, with nervous beginners pointed to the right first visit.
Knows what’s staff work
Membership changes, billing, and account questions go to your team — always. The agent captures the request and hands it off; it never touches an account.
Where it stops. On purpose.
A studio runs on trust, so the agent keeps hard limits:
- ■ Membership and billing changes are handled by humans only — the agent captures the request and passes it to your staff.
- ■ It never gives training, health, or medical advice. It answers from your published info and books the visit.
- ■ It opens every call by disclosing it’s an AI and that the call may be recorded.
- ■ Anything sensitive or uncertain goes straight to a person.
These limits come from our Map → Build → Govern → Measure method — mapped with you before launch, tested before every change goes live.
Booking that fits how you already work.
The agent books straight into your own Google Calendar — including a separate calendar per coach — or per instructor into the Square Appointments calendar you already run (Square Appointments Plus or higher). Don't run either? It books onto a Cal.com calendar we set up for you. On Square, callers can also find, reschedule, or cancel a booking made online or at the front desk, as long as it's under the number they're calling from. All of it is included, along with a monthly tuning and review call. Run your studio on Mindbody? Available on request — we confirm fit on your call.
One plan — $179 a month, everything included: caller memory, instant callback alerts, live emergency routing, every integration we list. 300 answered calls a month included, then $0.50 per answered call. No setup fee, month-to-month, 14-day free trial. See full pricing →
Common questions.
Which calendar does it book into?
Your own Google Calendar, including a calendar per coach — you connect it during onboarding with a standard Google sign-in and can revoke it at any time. Or Square Appointments, per instructor, if you already run Square Appointments Plus or higher. Don't run either? We set up and run a Cal.com calendar for you. All included. Run your studio on Mindbody? Available on request — we confirm fit on your call.
Can it handle membership or billing changes?
No — deliberately. Freezes, cancellations, and billing questions go to your staff every time. The agent captures who called and what they need, emails you instantly (and texts, once you opt in), and tells the caller when to expect a callback.
What happens when someone calls about the intro offer at night?
The agent answers, explains the offer from your own information, and either books their first session on the spot or captures their name and number with an instant email to you (and a text, once you opt in). Either way, you have their name and number in the morning instead of a hang-up on your voicemail.
