The program: LinearZeta Lead Alerts

LinearZeta Lead Alerts is an SMS notification program for LinearZeta clients — the local business owners whose phones are answered by a voice agent we build and run. Messages go only to clients who have separately chosen to turn them on, by submitting the form on our opt-in page. Opting in is never part of signing up — creating an account does not enroll you in texts. We do not send marketing texts, and we never text our clients' customers under this program.

What the messages are: (1) a notification when your phone assistant captures a new lead — typically the caller's name, callback number, and what they asked for — so you can follow up while the lead is still warm, and (2) account and service notifications about your own LinearZeta service (for example, a confirmation when your agent goes live). We don't send marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your call volume.

How you opt in

• Opting in is a separate, deliberate step — never part of signing up. You turn texts on by submitting the form on our opt-in page. The consent box is never pre-checked, and creating an account never enrolls you.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the service. You can sign up for and use LinearZeta without receiving any texts — lead alerts can go to email instead, and your service works exactly the same either way.
• We keep a record of your consent: the number you gave, the time, and where you opted in.

How you opt out, and how to get help

• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll get one confirmation message and nothing further.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@linearzeta.com.
• Opting out of texts does not affect your service — lead alerts switch to email.

Rates and carriers

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number stays yours

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Your opt-in data and consent records are never sold or shared. We use your mobile number for one thing: sending you the lead alerts you asked for.
