Go past it and each extra call is a flat $0.75 on Solo or $0.70 on Starter and Standard, itemized on your monthly report. Calls are billed per answered call, not per minute — no surprise usage bills, and a fraction of the $8-plus per call that live answering services charge for overage.
Your number, your data, and your call recordings stay yours. There's no long-term contract: after launch you're month-to-month, and you can take an export and walk away whenever you like.
