Nail Salons — Nationwide

Every tech has hands on a client. The phone is nobody’s job.

LinearZeta builds and runs a conversational AI receptionist for nail salons. It answers every call, books manicures, pedicures, and fills, answers price-list and walk-in questions, and captures new clients — without pulling a tech off a set.

Your busiest hours are exactly when calls ring out.

  • A tech mid-set can’t pick up — and the caller books the next salon on their search results.
  • “Do you take walk-ins right now?” interrupts someone’s appointment every time it’s asked.
  • Group and event bookings need back-and-forth nobody at the desk has time for.
  • Evening and Sunday callers — often planning around an event — hit voicemail and don’t call back.

What the agent handles.

One voice agent on your number, answering on the first ring — 24/7, in a natural voice.

Books manicures, pedicures & fills

Offers real openings and books, moves, or cancels appointments in a natural conversation — 24/7, including the Sunday-night “I need a fill before Friday” calls.

Answers walk-in and price-list questions

Hours, services, your published price list, your walk-in policy — answered from your own information only. And instead of leaving a caller to gamble on a wait, it can offer the next real opening.

Recognizes regulars

Returning clients don’t start from zero every call. Someone ringing to book again is offered their usual set — and on Square, the same tech who did it last time. Any caller can be forgotten on request.

Passes group and event requests to you

Bridal parties, group bookings, and anything that needs an owner’s decision become callback requests — name, number, date, and party size — emailed to you instantly.

Where it stops. On purpose.

Your reputation is on every call, so the agent keeps hard limits:

  • It quotes your published price list, but never a firm price for custom nail art or repair work that needs a tech’s eyes — it books the appointment and lets you price it in person.
  • It answers only from your own information — services, prices, and policies you’ve approved.
  • It opens every call by disclosing it’s an AI and that the call may be recorded.
  • An upset caller, a complaint, or anything sensitive goes straight to a person.

These limits come from our Map → Build → Govern → Measure method — mapped with you before launch, tested before every change goes live.

Booking that fits how you already work.

On Starter and Standard, the agent books directly into the Square Appointments calendar you already run — per technician. Not on Square? On any plan it books straight into your own Google Calendar, or onto a Cal.com calendar we set up for you. Standard adds a monthly tuning and review call.

Every plan includes caller memory, instant callback alerts, live emergency routing, and no setup fee — month-to-month, starting at $179. See full pricing →

Common questions.

Can it book into Square Appointments?

Yes — on Starter and Standard the agent books directly into your existing Square Appointments calendar, per technician. On Solo, it books straight into your own Google Calendar instead, or onto a Cal.com calendar we set up for you. Not on Square yet? Ask about our done-for-you switch — we move your services, staff, and client book for you.

How does it handle walk-in questions?

It answers your walk-in policy from your own information — and then offers the next real opening from your calendar, so a “maybe, if you wait” becomes a booked seat instead of a gamble.

Will it quote prices for custom nail art?

It shares your published price list, but it won’t commit to a firm price for custom art or repair work that a tech needs to see first. For those, it books the appointment and your tech prices it in person.

What about group or party bookings?

The agent captures the details — occasion, date, party size, contact info — and emails you instantly so you can plan staffing before confirming. Standard appointments it books on the spot.
